Playdate with Noah

About a week & a half ago (I know...I'm way behind on this one!), we headed over to the Simonsons for a playdate.  Justin and I were in a Bradley childbirth class with Devin and Megan and almost a year later, our little ones still hadn't met!  Noah and Lily took a little bit of time warming up to each other but then they had lots of fun.  They were born just 4 days apart.  We're hoping to get together at least one more time before the Simonsons embark on a fun adventure, leaving Iowa at the end of this spring.

The ball popper was a big source of entertainment. (We decided Lily's going to get one for her birthday.  Shhhh....don't tell her, it's a surprise!)

Then they took turns sharing Noah's zebra......

After all that fun, Lily was tuckered out.  This is the way she slept in her carseat, for a whole hour, even after carrying her inside to the living room.  I didn't have the heart to take her out and put her in her crib.  What a sweetpea.
