On Saturday evening, we went to the aquatic center. The water was freezing but Lily didn't mind at all. She got to practice all of the things she learned at swim lessons and show Daddy what she could do. We could tell by the huge smile on her face the whole time how proud she was of herself! She seemed to think she could jump in without me catching her and kept telling me "Mom, go closer!" while shooing me away. :) We took a ridiculous amount of photos so below is the condensed version for you!
I have a funny look on my face but decided to share this one anyway because Lily is doing such a good job with her backfloat. I was surprised because it was the one she liked the least during lessons but she kept asking to do it while we were there that night. So cute!

We were married in September of 2006 and have become a family of four with the addition of our precious gifts from God, Lily in March of 2010 and Silas in December of 2012. Our dog, Jax, is an added joy to the mix and is learning what it means to share the attention around here! We're hoping this will be a great way to stay in touch with those we love, both far and near.
