Startin' 'Em Young
Lily loves to help in the kitchen. She can't reach the drawers to assist me with unloading the dishwasher so the other day I put the silverware tray down to her level and let her go to town. Why did I not think of this eons ago?! I know there will come a day when she doesn't think chores are fun. But until then.....

This is the reason my mom had the dishes in the lower cupboards. The 'breakable' glasses were high but that is the only time I had permission to climb on the counter but only after I put the glasses on the counter first.
